Sketch a curved line for the head
Draw in some rough lines for the eye brow shapes
Sketch in some eye outlines and frown lines to act as guides
Sketch the skull like nose in and start to mark in the tree branch mustache
Draw in some tree branches which will act as markers for facial elements like the cheek bones etc
Now draw in the eyes and lips of the Swamp Thing with some slight pencil shading
Add pencil shading around the eyes and also add extra wrinkles to make the face look earthy
The face is filling out a bit now, so time to do extra detail on the branch parts
Extra facial detailing and shadows
Still more tiny details, this is the part when you wonder when to stop the pencil drawing

Time to start inking, around the eyes is a good place to start
Try and work some shading in there with cross hatching and some thick black lines
Inking the drawing you can clear up and show the design in a much better light

How to draw a Tank. This is a very simple photo guide of me drawing a basic tank from one of my Son's Toy Tanks. I suppose it is useful in that I break down the steps to draw this and whilst not a perfectly drawn Tank, it is an effort of sketching one. Trying to break down any difficult thing to draw is your best bet when drawing this kind of stuff.

Fly Creatures are always inspiring to try and draw and it's the fact of drawing them based on old movies such as The Fly with Jeff Goldblum and together with my own ideas on what a Fly Creature should look like.
The Fly is usually a good idea to mix with a humanoid form to make it more mutant like like a proper monster. In the beginning video I go through the sketching of the this creature, building it up through a sketching process....
The inking process for the Fly Creature is a more involved process to consider. I used a combination of Sharpie marker and a fine point ink pen to go over the line work of the pencil lines.
This drawing tutorial is derived from a tattoo art idea I drew some time ago. And so I thought why not make a drawing tutorial out of it. Drawing a vampire skull was and always shall be a design that looks cool as skulls always look great as a tattoo idea. This Vampire skull I wanted to draw on a side profile, so that the teeth looked prominent and so that I could sketch in the all of the detail which helps bring out the evil looking skull design.

Inking the Skull now with a fine line gel ink pen. I tried to add better detail and help clarify some of the drawing by going over the pencil lines and adding extra details.
Coloring the Vampire Skull with Crayola color pencils. The idea is to create a flesh color for this Vampiric skull and let the colors create the three dimensional nature of this skull design and improve the drawing.
